I have struggled with my weight all my life. I am naturally tall for a woman (5'10"), and yet my weight fluctuates constantly. For a few months I can keep it at a healthy level, but then things happen and I literally balloon up. This past time I hit my all-time record high of 195, something I am extremely ashamed of. I still can't believe I let myself get to that point. It was when none of my clothes fit me and I really stopped when I realized that I need to have a change of lifestyle. I am not doing this to drop the weight, I am doing this to become healthy and stay that way. I am trying to develop good eating and exercise habits that I can continue to do throughout my entire life.
Also, I am 20 and starting my last year of college. I am ready to get my life back and prepare for grad school.
