I hit a low...another blow to me emotionally from my spouse and it knocked me down. I haven't exercise almost 3 weeks now barely eating and i had some cigarettes and i dont smoke! last 2 days I got my appetite somewhat back. but I just feel so down. ...trying get some motivation to help get back on track. i need to get me energy and life back into me with my exercise....I'm soda at myself...

instead if my reg exercise of 4 days a week. this week i pushed myself and finished today with 6 days exercise this week! whoot whoot lol

not much eaten this weekend...stress. finally slept better last night..ugh definitely a Monday back to work...unfortunately I'm skipping my workout this morn. lately I been exercising Tues thru fri and sometimes Saturdays. mondays are hard lol have a great day every one!😉

not happy with weight gain and I'm still exercising. I stopped taking fish oil and lost couple pounds. I was 132. ...wierd but it was causing me digestive issues as well.
Weigh-in:
127.2 lb
lost so far:
56.8 lb
still to go:
7.2 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

monday was 40 min leg and abs, tues was 40 butt and abs, and today wed i did my jog and walk on lunch break(30min), and 30 minutes this evening of upper body🙂
