Oh...what to say? My name is Erica and well, the 238--is my starting weight.

Have lots of weight to lose and am trying to modify my eating habits & food perceptions. I've been overweight from about the age of 5 onward and it's been a struggle all the years since. I really want to be able to buy clothes at "regular girl" shops, and most of all I want to be able to feel good about my body.

My main goal is to reach 125/135lbs and maintain that weight (I've not weighed that little since I was about 11years old)

I thought about it and figured I probably should set mini goals here.
here are my first 5 mini goals:

mini goal#1 - 228lb -(10 pounds off)*reached April 27th 2010* (gained it back in 2012)/

Gained back full weight of 238 pounds June 2014.

Started back to try to eat healthier and get away from the dread 238...


Mini goal#1 - 228lb -(10 pounds off) -- *reached again on December 24, 2014*

mini goal#2 - 218lb -(20 pounds off) - reached on February 6, 2015

mini goal#3 - 208lb -(30 pounds off) - reached April 5, 2015

mini goal#4 - 198lb -(40 pounds off)

mini goal#5 - 188lb -(50 pounds off)
When I get that far it'll be almost halfway to my goal weight.

mini goal#6 - 178lb -(60 pounds off)

mini goal#7 - 168lb -(70 pounds off)

mini goal#8 - 158lb -(80 pounds off)

mini goal#9 - 148lb -(90 pounds off)

mini goal#10 - 138lb -(100 pounds off)

I've got to chime in here too... Smile
I'm also lucky enough to have a good guy too! He loves me fat or thin (which is good seeing as how things are) And he loves me whether or not I put on weight or make up and he's always supportive!

I met him 6 years ago online, we met in person after a 14 hour phone call, and we got married 3.5 years ago (and I moved across the Atlantic to be with him).
It's still kind of embarrassing to have to admit that I met him online, but things have worked out really well. LOL.

So keep your eyes open and don't limit yourself by a type and you just never know what might happen!
