How bad is Crystal Lite?
I don't know if it hinders weight loss or not, but artificial sweeteners - particularly aspartame - have been linked to short term memory loss. Another thing to consider: sugar, while not always good for you, is a naturally occuring substance. Artificial sweeteners are composed of chemicals whose names we can barely pronounce. Food for thought
