ok this weekend i was really bad- really bad. BUT yesterday, tired as i was, i did 12 mins cardio w/ denise austin AND 30 mins hard on the bike! Yay! burned over 300 cals.

ok i was bad and had half a milkshake and what tasted like a very sugary capp. at java moon. still, at least i worked out! did 20 mins on the bike and burnt 140 cals.

did cardiomax lv 1 again, was great! followed by 10 minutes of arms w/ tammi. I feel much less sore now. I have to keep this up!! burned 480 cals per my epulse

omg zumba kicked my butt last night! i can't believe how hard it was, on easy! i must be out of shape. whew!!! 20 minutes of really high intensity cardio! but i am so glad i did it!
