I love Zumba on the ps3. It is really hard, though, but you're at home so it's OK to pause it and take a breath for a minute if you need to! It's about 20-30 mins of pure cardio, and you will feel it the next day!
30 day shred is great, but very, very hard, even on level 1. It's a mixture of strength training and some cardio, so I wouldn't really compare it to Zumba. Both probably burn the same amount of calories. But as we all know you should not be doing the same strengthening moves every day, but every other day...
For easier videos, try Denise Austin. She's great and some of her stuff is not too hard. I love her coreball workout.
