did 10 mins of denise cardio sculpt and burn yesterday and day before..burned 150 cals. maaaan I am slowly getting even more out of shape. I have no energy and I'm not eating very well either.
saw a documentary last night about 'juicing' or the reboot diet...i want to try it...

Day before yesterday, I did 20 mins of Zumba intermediate. Burned like 350 cals I think?
Yesterday, did cardio max 1. burned 350 cals. whooo!
Today i really need to do tammi arms/ abs. my legs are feeling tight. been doing a lot with them.
eating- did OK this weekend. went to TJ and got some healthy snacks. also a big block of stilton LOL but i mean to eat that only a little at a time.
oh and I am not making a 4 egg omelet again and eating the entire thing in one sitting. I won't want eggs again for a while...

yesterday i did 10 mins of exercise and burnt over 100 cals. I was really tired so i was just glad i did the biggest loser jump start cardio 2. it was still pretty challenging.
then i had some dutch funnelcake and felt so gross. WHY do i do this to myself?? LOL

whew i'm feeling tired and a little sore. i'm not getting enough sleep. but i'm glad i worked out yesterday-did zumba for the ps3 again. whew! burned abt 350 cals per my epulse. not too shabby!
i want to do arms w/ tammi again today, and maybe something for my legs / abs (ughhh)
still not losing any weight whatsoever, though i ate well yesterday. must be that muscle gained, haha. hopefully soon i see a difference in the lbs, b/c i see a slight diff with my body.

all right! i did bob's bootcamp class one yesterday. it wasn't that hard but it was a lot more lunge work so I'm a little sore. burned 250 cals, not as much as cardio max. but I'm glad I did something! I plan on doing zumba today...hopefully.
