So here it is July 7, 2012. i have been off the wagon for months. I have not been exercising, keeping a food journal, etc.
Today I moved the exercise bike to the garage and set up an exercise room. I set up the Gazelle, and the Heavy bag. I also set up my JB Fitness machine.
I rode the bike for two sessions of 10 minutes each.
I used the gazelle three times, for a few minutes each time.
I did a short set on the heavy bag. I'm being cautious due to pain in my right shoulder.
I used the JB machine to do squats, on the lowest level 3 different times, with reps from 25 up to 100 at a time.
My goal is to at a minimum, ride the bike each day.
I also want to increase the number of squats and slowly increase the level.
After establishing some consistency, I want to add additional exercises. I also want to start walking every day. i have uploaded some new songs to my ipod.
I have been eating good meals, when I don't choke and throw up.
I still have a problem backing up, especially in the morning.
Then I find myself eating junk because it goes down more easily.
I plan to start keeping a food journal again. It was the most consistent way for me to lose weight before.
So, here I go again. Tomorrow is a new day.

Down 2 lbs and I have not been consistent with the food diary, exercise, or snacks.
If I will focus, with God's help, I can do this.
I need to aim for 3 things: write down everything I eat, drink more water, walk daily.

The New Year has begun. As of today 1-3-2012 I am back to entering everything I eat and drink. I took too many months off. It's time to get healthier.
I also plan to walk 4-5 times per week.
I am setting up an exercise room in the garage.
I will have to take it easy to begin since I am still dealing with a disc protrusion in my neck.

So after several months of backsliding I gained a total of 11.5 pounds.
I can actually deal with that. I still weigh far less than I did, and my doctor was still pleased with the overall progress. So now I'm ready to follow the plan with discipline, every day, and begin an exercise plan. The exercise will begin slowly, as I am still dealing with a disc protrusion in my neck.
I do plan to start walking 3-5 times per week.'
I am setting up all our exercise equipment in the garage.
Rhonda and I will walk together in the afternoons in the CLC until the weather warms up. Then we can move to the parking lot.
Time to get serious.
