Performance: losing 5.7 lb a week

Goal Weight
165.3 lb

I am a 27 year old woman living in Sydney Australia.

I have 2 children, a 5 year old girl and an almost 2 year old boy.

I have had a lot of illness which has meant my weight has fluctuated for years - lost weight while sick, gained heaps on steroids to get better!

I would like to get back to a size 16, as I am currently a size 20 (which is hard for me to admit) I am quite tall so I am probably never going to fit a smaller size than that.

Thanks everyone. Re the exercise - I LOATHE it (always have due to asthma induced by exercise when younger) I have mild agoraphobia (dislike of being outside) but would it even be worth starting off with say a 10 minute walk? I tend to think thats so little what good can it possibly do....

Me too....under 1000 cal sounds very low though? are you following a specific plan? I am just keeping under my 2300 guideline and am losing slowly but surely and actually saving money too! (I'm 6.45 up since I didn't buy a meal at Mcdonalds this morning!)

Yeah I think "A little bit bad" is a load of rubbish! Because those of us who have weight issues tend to think - ahhh what the hell I had a piece of cake (or whatever) may as well have another one since I've shot my diet anyway...yeah?

I am trying to banish the word "diet" really because that implies something you "go off" eventually...I want just slow steady better choices. I LOVE the features of this site that calculates things for you. For example last night I really wanted some milk chocolate...and I had it too, 3 1/2 pieces, not the whole bar, and it fit into my RDI and was enough to satisfy my craving Smile
