bread, alcohol, and cheese influence on tummy
I have been working on my body for 3 years. It took me the first year to lose 80 pounds. The second year to maintain. The third year to add exercise. During the third year I worked a great deal to firm up sagging skin through exercise. I learned that it wasn't exactly skin, but pockets of fat under skin, causing it to look like sagging skin. In the past two weeks I have started an exercise and diet program with a group of friends. All foods that were considered off limits, I had already cut completely out of my diet except bread, alcohol, and cheese. For 13 days now I have omitted these items from my diet and that sagging skin pocket of fat on my tummy is ALMOST GONE!!!
