Not good but figured best to weigh to be accountable. Hate seeing that chart going up...I just keep trying different things to get control. It will happen, it always does, just worried about when?!

Not able to avoid snacking at night. Ugh! Got some baked tortilla chips, so 50% lower fat,but they are TOO good, so ate too much last night. For some reason I am craving salt. Not good for the blood pressure but maybe body is telling me something else. Who knows?!

Started pre-planning daily intake. Before breakfast I record what I plan to eat for the day, then I do my best not to stray from that. Also, less TV at night. I think that really helps.
