Ugh! Still up & down. I know I am snacking after 6 pm now, which I was not doing before. Doesnt take much change to gain weight, but takes a lot to lose it.
Forgot to "attend" the virtual Weight Watchers meeting Saturday a.m. That is important, so will set an alarm on iPhone for this week.

Weight just fluctuates, being around food all day. Will make zuke zoodles today. Soaked black beans so will stick those in the InstaPot. Also gotta make brown rice cause all the packaged pre-cooked stuff has so much sodium.
May take me two days (or more!) to get it all done, but will do.
Sure HOPE I can at least maintain. Can walk a little now, mostly up to 5,000 steps in a day. But with ME/CFS/Fibro, gotta be careful not to overdo...which I would so love to do!
At least the sun it shining! Helps with the stress in our lives right now.

Ugh! So slow to get the weight off, it was so fast to gain it! Not fair! But at least I feel like finally in control again, which is really hard, being in the casa all the time.

Not going well, at the moment. Gotta get rid of those "Simply Clusters" from Costco. So small, so many calories!
