Need Some Direction
I know exactly how you feel, but it does say you are loosing and average of 2lbs per week. YEAH!!!! I was told by a trainer that he only wanted me to loose a maximum of 1lb per week because you start loosing muscle not fat. It takes very little to put on weight but a whole lot take it off... Keep up the good work...

Carbohydrates????
Thanks... I am following a health diet but my Carbs just seem to be high to me about 120 carbs per day... Not sure what normal is.

What is a typical/good number of Carbohydrates to take in durning the day? I am eating a 1000 calorie diet but my Carbs seem high.
