Ok to be 100 percent honest I was going really well all week on the atkins but had a major lapse this weekend! There was carbs left, right and center and also there was chocolate and alcohol. Now its monday and all the craving I had frought so hard to get rid of last week have crept back.
Disappointed in myself. Just after eating cereal and chocolate again today.
Tomorrow I will start again and keep the carbs low and hopefully wont fall back into the carbloading life I lived before.
Tomorrow is a new day so starting again day 1 of induction.

Hey, So I'm following the atkins diet and cutting my carb levels. Not missing bread or cereal. But for some strange reason I'm feeling unbelievably FAT. I'm not over eating (at least I don't think I am) and I do feel hungry at times. But besides all that I'm feeling fat. We all know that feeling I don't need to explain it.
I'm going to start exercising again next week. I always exercise but haven't got a chance cos have been major busy. Hopefully by next week my timetable will be after clearing and I'll be able to incorporate walking/jogging into my diet plan.
