Hey, So I'm following the atkins diet and cutting my carb levels. Not missing bread or cereal. But for some strange reason I'm feeling unbelievably FAT. I'm not over eating (at least I don't think I am) and I do feel hungry at times. But besides all that I'm feeling fat. We all know that feeling I don't need to explain it. I'm going to start exercising again next week. I always exercise but haven't got a chance cos have been major busy. Hopefully by next week my timetable will be after clearing and I'll be able to incorporate walking/jogging into my diet plan. xx
