Well, I'm feeling like I'm back on track again. I did a lot of self-talk about the cravings and giving in to them. Hopefully that's over and done with! It's much better if the slope runs downwards on the weight chart. I need to really think about that.

Well, I just did the 3 mile
Walk Away the Pounds
and feel pretty good. I've been messing up quite a bit lately. I've had this craving for salty stuff (chips and salsa or popcorn) but am stuffing myself with everything but. I need to read some motivational stuff to get myself back on track.

I messed up and gave in to a lot of cravings this week. I also messed up by starving myself the day after those cravings. Bad mistakes. I found that it's a lot better for me if I have the day planned and prepared for so I will get back to that. I just hope these cravings are over.

Great news! I worked out for an hour today and I'm still here! If any of you have watched "Celebrity Fit Club" you'll know Harvey, the military-type trainer. I did one complete circuit and then "Walk Away the Pounds" - 2 mile walk. It's getting easier!
