I did good for the
Red Ferrari's
today! I did the 3 mile "
Walk Away the Pounds"
and some floor exercises. Amounted to about one hour and twenty minutes! Even when I didn't feel that great!
This is a good challenge for me. I intend to do the same tomorrow. Oh, I used weights for the walk!

OK, I think I have my game plan. My goal is to lose 15 pounds during the 6 week challenge. I will do this by limiting my calories to 1200 per day and doing the 6 week makeover included in
The Biggest Loser
dvd's. I previewed the workouts and I see why they're called
makeover's
. WHEW!!!
I just hope I can start doing them tomorrow. I'm getting sick and am feeling really yucky.

Well, I finally
BELIEVE
I'm back on track. I'm feeling good and back to watching my calorie, fat and carb intake.
It takes a few days to get back on track when I mess up. It's OK to mess up once in a while but I think I got carried away. Now, I'm back to my original habits and hope to see the scales moving on a regular basis; only on a downward slope.
Anyway, good luck on your healthy habits everyone!
