62 years old, married, during summer I'm a full-time Real Estate Agent, and Vacation Property Manager in the NC Mountains. I spend Dec-April in Arizona/So.Cal desert goofing off. Retired Military Officer. Need to get rid of gut (belly fat), and want to get down under 175 lbs.

Enjoy fly-fishing, play violin in small commmunity orchestra. Love Golf too!

Any other shorties out there?
I love to eat, and when I eat its till I'm stuffed. If "eating like a bird" fulfills you, then dieting should be easy. Ignore those that say you don't eat enough...its your body, not theirs. You're the one in charge! Good luck. Drop the weight, you're joints will love you for it, and definitely get out there and just walk.
