Low carb biscuit slider with pork rind crusted chicken thigh. And Duke's mayo!

Chicken thighs, seasoned eggwash, smashed pork rinds then bake. Low carb crispy coated chicken that you don't have the messy hassle of deep frying. (don't get me wrong, deep fried is goodness!)Might have to put one in a lc biscuit to do a Chik'fil-a thing!

Low carb crunchy bingey goodness! Korean BBQ pork rinds dipped heavily in sour cream. Very gratifying and low carb!

Low carb slider biscuit! Sous vide applewood smoked bacon, Fuerte avocado, cuke and Duke's mayo. Biscuit is almond flour, egg, cheddar, butter and not bad at all!
