Chicken thighs, seasoned eggwash, smashed pork rinds then bake. Low carb crispy coated chicken that you don't have the messy hassle of deep frying. (don't get me wrong, deep fried is goodness!)Might have to put one in a lc biscuit to do a Chik'fil-a thing!
