Well I am going to weigh in tommorow and hope to be down a little but not so sure cause I havent been all too good about the diet I really need a day off wish everyone else luck and good weigh ins

stuck oh well Too much work not enough sleep
Iam a animal lover and I just rescued a dog from me hittin it with my truck so I took it to work with me to find a owner well an hour later she started to have pups now I have 8 pups and a momma dog only I could have found a preg stray

Weigh-in: 204.0 lb

lost so far: 28.0 lb

still to go: 24.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

wow I found the new lipton tea mixs they are the pre measured ones but if you look at the tube they are two servings even better no sugar so no carbs even better than the ones at LA centers really good flavors too

My mother in law and I are the same so we have a race to see who can get to 200 first wish me luck
