WI is in the works for tomorrow but I hope it will be ok I had alot of starches because my hubby has been workin so much that I get real stressed I know I should get myself to do something away from food but then my kids ask and so I try a little too gosh Its so hard

finally another pound I am soo happy right now my mother in law is only a pound away too 198 so in the race we go

ok so not a big los but still proud that its down
gonna be hard this weekend going to the coast so I gotta bring my own stuff so I dont over do it
