oh I am soo mad I have stuck to the program but I have gained not good I want to cry help someone give me a helpful hint

yum I am going to do the take off tommorow and tuesday so I thougt wow I get unlimited veggies so I made a totaly veggie soup I cant wait its kinda like the weight watchers no point soup but only green veggies I really hope to lose 6 lbs by wed so Im under 200 gosh that would be great I so want to say even 199 no more 2

I was sick for 2 days so it kinda helped but back on track now with the new menu plan it is great I love that we have more options and know what we should have more of and wich ones are not so good

happy 4th to all and hope we can stick to the plan even with the great bbqs swim its great exercise only 25 more to go wedding in oct cant wait bought the dress today size 16 wa hoo going to do take off on turand friday so any hints would be great thanks to all te great comments all ready
