yes yes yes the two is gone I know not by much but its still gone I am so motivated right now cause its gone wahoo hope everyone has a great week

ok so I started taing zantrax this weekend a real boost is all I can say we will see if it works after WI tommorow I hope so but I could only take half the dosage cause the stuff is really strong you get wired for sound on it alot of h2o and no caffine but its great

still at 201 but I go wi today hope to lose at least a couple ounces Im not thinkin pounds right now cause its ok I just wanna see the 2 gone but I can wait it will come

Thanks to everyone for the uplifting comments it really helps I have a doc appointment tommorow and havent been for a year so I am kinda excited because this is the doc always yellin at me about my weight I cant wait I know it sounds funny to want to go to the docs right Im gonna WI too wish me luck
