Thank you for the encouraging words...I agree, it is about striking a balance and moderation..I am excited about the journey of getting there and learning how to keep it off..This is the part I have problems with..I hope to gain enough knowledge and self-control to do that

No more yo-yo dieting
I have been loosing and gaining 20 pounds for as long as I remember...I look at pictures, in which I now think I looked great, and I remember I was never happy with my weight at the time.
I recently turned 31 and I refuse to do this to my body any longer..My goal is to get and stay at a healthier weight and learn to make peace with my body
