I remember when I started this journey that waking up sore meant that I was too heavy for my joints. This morning's soreness is self induced, and is a great sore to have. Muscles are mending and getting stronger!
I really haven't dropped any in weight, but I'm about to go up another notch in the belt, I'm in a 2x shirt, and I need new pants AGAIN! So, I may skip the scale this week and see how things progress. Several miles to walk this week, and a lot of weight to lift!

Today's "weight loss" plan has sucked! I got up at my usual time (0530) and fealt a bit "off", and less than half a cup of coffee later, I was vomiting on and off for the next several hours. Thankfully I was able to sleep most of the day, but my gut feels like I've been stabbed, and even water threatens to not stay where it belongs.
I've been pondering it and have no clue what I may have eaten that no one else did, but I'm coming up blank. MYbe a bug or something ...
So, not logging today is a real thing....

As many have said, measuring yourself is a great way to really see what's happening with your body. The scale may lie, but measurements usually don't. This morning, I realized that in December I went "down" to one of my old belts that was in the closet.
I tried it on and the first hole was all I could use. This morning I noticed that I'm now in hole 3, and may be moving more soon! So, pay attention to the belt if the scale seems to be lying to you!

WHOOP!
Almost bed time here, so I took a shower, and then, I looked in the mirror!
My "moobs" no longer sag down! They are almost perky! LMAO
I know, TMI, but I giggled!
Looks like the weights and work are paying off!
