I set a goal yesterday of 1600 calories consumed... I ate 1800 calories... close, but didn't quite make it. I was starving so I ended up eating some popcorn, but that is okay, today is a new day. Shooting for 1600!

Grrr! I gained .5 lb :(

Yesterday I ate 859 calories from pizza. wow.... it really wasn't worth it because you still feel hungry after 2 pieces because they are not very big and any bigger would be even more calories. Better to make a whole wheat cheese pizza from scratch. I won't be doing that again!
Today is a new day :)
