Picked up some protein bars and whey protein powder today... very good! Trying to incorporate a low carb high protein eating plan into my diet. I'm not going to stress alot about it, but I will be more conscience of what I'm eating in terms of protein, carb and fat as opposed to just watching calorie intake.

Bummed about this weekend... I can see that this weight loss journey is going to be a tough one and it's going to take alot of time because of falling off the wagon so much. Praying for strength to stay consistent!

Weekends are a killer! Lots of great BBQ food and so hard to say no. Trying to think portion size today. I did exercise today for 30 minutes though :)
UPDATE:
Had a VERY bad day eating today... wow I haven't had a day like this in awhile. I feel gross :( so not worth it... sigh. *cries*

Yay! Down again! (1 lb) :) I'm surprised I lost weight because I've been eating over 1600 calories... I guess the 50 minutes of exercise each day is what did it :)

Tonight I have a school even to attend for my daughter. After the ceremony, there will be a gathering and food will be served. There will be veggies, fruit, cheese, crackers and sweets. I'm going to try super hard to have only 1 sweet and fill up on the veggies and only an ounce of cheese. It's going to be really hard! I worked out extra long today, 50 minutes, just to cover myself in case I break lol I've been doing really well this week with exercise and trying to get my eating where it should be; I just don't want to mess that up.
