Man, I've waited ALL WEEK FOR THE WEEKEND, and now that it's here I'm fighting not to snack. Hmmmmm. I did do some exercises this morning. Had a Adkins shake for breakfast, WW smartone for lunch, then went to Sam's Club and the Hubby and I both had a big soft pretzel, there went dinner I guess. Now it's coffee and water time. Ouch !!!!!!I need to make some free soup up, that'll work.
Oh well, here's to SATURDAY , I love two day's off anyway......

Okay this is an even -20 pounds since I've joined fat secret. I'm changing and now fat secret's changing it's looks too, hmmmm must be in the air. I have tohold tight through the weekend, and definately get my exercise in. BUT first I need coffee.

Slept till 10am, and on the road grocering by 11am. Just got home at 2pm and have to leave for work at 3pm. Atkins shake for breakfast and a healthy choice dinner for lunch with 1 plain sl. wheat bread, Healthy choice entree and 1/2 chicken breast for dinner, 1 banana, 1apple, baby carrots for snack, 7carmel corn mini rice cakes, tons of water.= 21points out of 24per day.

Alright, still 183 :)
I thought maybe it was a teaser or something, but NO, I like it. It's early and I'm going to make coffee, do some housework, then do some exercises. I'm staying right on track, and in case any one's wondering, I don't use my 35 extra point allowance every week. When I get in the low 170's I'm going to treat myself to Marion's Pizza, but not until then.

Hmmm, 187 Mon., 183 this morning, I'm shocked but I'll take it. I'm trying to think what all I did yesterday to have good results. Only 15 of treadmill, high fiber cereal for breakfast, my icky soup I made for lunch (2 bowls ), a banana, 1 vend machine size Quaker Carmel corn rice cakes, 1 Healthy Choice dinner, 1 cup grapes, 1 large home grown tomato, 5 machermo cherry's, then at 10:30 pm I did another 10 on treadmill and a few rep's on the weight set which I usually never do that stuff at night, but since I got off work early I figured I should, maybe that got the metabolism going. We'll see. I'll try all this again today. Except the soup, I put it all down the garbage disposal last night, it was terrible. I'll eat some out of a can.
