It's MONDAY, weekends over and it's time to get back on track. I'm making a pot of ww soup right now for the week, and I'm GOING to see my scale go down this week. I determined that instead of low points icecreams or cookies I did much better at loosing eating the fruits and veggies and the soup for lunch each day, so that's my game plan for this week. I'm up 2 pounds, so it should be back to normal tomorrow 187-185. That way by Friday 184, that's my plan.

Okay, it's Sunday, and I'm going to hit it hard today, only going to take one day a week to ease up you might say. I had 2 drinks last night and some blue chips, and the scale went up a pound, so that means back at it today. I still did better than last weekend. I'm hitting the treadmill today also, so that's got to help.

Holding steady, so that's a good thing. I'm going to fix a nice pot of free points soup, sounds good huh! !!! My goal is to stay steady throughout the weekend, and hard charge it all week for a good weigh in Friday.............BE Strong, don't cheat, it's not worth it.......

This is great, it's not my weigh in day, but the scale hit 184 this morning. I love this diet plan. ;)
The Flex is so easy to follow.
