Okay, I've got the weekend two pounds back off, now it's back the business. No more weekend messups. Staying right on track with my points and doing great.

Okay, it's Monday, we went out to eat Sat. and it hit hard. It's just too much in one meal, plus I didn't do the treadmill or workout over the weekend and now it's hard to get motivated. So, no more doing that on the weekends, I worked to hard to get to where I'm at to let 2 days mess me up. I'm sure I'll be 185 or 184 by Sat, that's my goal, I have to re-loose 2 pounds from the weekend, then go 2 extra for this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back to small portions and low point items only. Hope every one else is having good results......

Okay the weekends here, it's like a dream waking up to see the 186 still there ;). I know my husband got home last night and hasn't seen me since last Sun, so he said Thanks Weight Watchers, that's a good feeling.........I still have a long way to go though. Slowly but surely at least........

Okay, the pressures on.......Now that I'm dropping some weight my Mom's going to start WW, and she told my Sister, so her and her son want to see my WW books, okay then, I can be the ginny pig on this one. It's for all of us..................Let's Do It.

Okay, the scales moving in the right direction, I'm glad I passed on the pizza party at work last night now.
