Okay, it's almost 2 am, and I'm starting to get tired. I haven't really been on the computer as much lately, just taking a break. I'm still holding steady on the weight and the cold I've had for over a week it seems like, I've been sleeping too late and trying to get the house cleaned for my company next week, I know you ladies know what I'm talking about.. I did do some exercises yesterday, first time in a week.. I tried the Billy Blanks basic training, what a but kicker, ouch, I couldn't do the whole thing, thank goodness I did 15 min on the treadmill first. I do plan on giving it another try this morning, if I can get myself to go to bed so I can get up at a decent hour, that's the problem with working shift work, we're up while everyone else is sleeping.
Anyway, just thought I'd check in and let everyone know I'm still here, doing good, haven't gained any. I think once I get the exercising going again the numbers will start dropping again. I'm ready for my chart to go down =D

Well, I'm still on 180, better than 182. I think I'll start throwing more low carb in to get my WW. points, but not go total low carb and see if that'll get me OUT of these 180's. It's way past time.....

Finally, 180. That's a nice motivator for this week. I knew getting back to exercising would help. Staying on the diet 100% as far as points. Little by little we'll get this done.

Okay, being off 3 days, doing Marion's Pizza Sat. and Steak dinner on Sunday, didn't seem to hurt, I just weighed in and it said 182, I'm happy. Now that the weeks started, back to my routine, I better push harder and take advantage of the opportunity I have all week.......
