I want to create a HEALTHY lifestyle! no dieting, just exercise every day, weather riding my bike, going for a run, or water skiing with my family. I still enjoy chocolate and sweets, but not every waking second of the day. Instead I will snack on some almonds or cantaloupe. I try to eat breakfast every morning after my workout and eat every 3 hours after that. After dinner I treat myself to 1 or 2 dove dark chocolate squares and thats just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth for the night! I hope to become lean and healthy as I continue my journey.
