Legs and Thighs

I know I can't be the only one with the inner thigh issue. I believe P90 worked for me years ago when I was oh so good at losing weight and maintaining my size eight. I'm going to try that again.

Oh, and squats hurt my knees, so I can't do them. The last time I did a plié squat routine for about a week, my knee went out from just sitting on the couch.

Jumping rope is no problem (go figure). I started and then stopped, so I have to get my butt back in gear on that also.



What exactly is the problem with you inner thighs and what is it about them that you do no like
