So, it's been one week. I weighed in today at 158.4. Thats not bad considering I have not stuck to my exercise routine. I changed from the curves diet to weight watchers. It's easier for me to follow. I don't feel like I'm missing out on things.
I have had chocolate this week.(darn school functions) But I haven't gone crazy like I usually do. The kids have eaten most of what is left, so I won't have anything to tempt me.
I've yet to really figure out all this website, but I really like it. I have been pretty good about entering my food and exercise (or lack thereof), and it's nice to see all the success of others. It's also comforting to know that there are folks out there any time of day that are struggling, or succeeding.
I'm hoping for a 1 pound loss this week. I don't want to go too far, or I'll feel like a failure when I weigh. One pound at a time is what it's gonna take, so thats my goal.

Made cookies for school. It's really hard not to eat them. But not doing terrible. Did have a weight loss. That is good. Going to try to get back on a healthy eating schedule.

I am lazy today. Have to get the kids from school in a few minutes. I had all day to myself. went to the store. that is it. I'm not motivated at ALL! I plan on walking this evening, but I dont even want to do that. I have stuck to eating right, but its been really hard today. Probably due to the fact that I am bored. I dont belong to any clubs, and I dont socialize unless I'm at work. Really I have nothing to do. I'm gonna have to work on that. Maybe I'll find something I really like. I just have no idea what it would be.

Oh boy!! Busy day today. But I did manage to squeeze in 35 minutes of walking this evening. I was able to kick it up a bit since my kids and boyfriend didn't come with me.
I have done a good job of being good so far. I haven't had any chocolate, which is a huge change for me. But, I know better, so I'm trying really hard to convince myself that I hate chocolate.
I'm not eating like I should, but better than before. I must take itty bitty steps until I get it down. So, onward and upward. I am proud of me so far. And anyone else who is giving it their all.
