I'm not doing bad on the food thing. Still want to eat all evening, but I am trying to distract myself. Still not into the exercise yet, but I want to. Just gotta get in the groove again. It will come. Right now, just glad I'm not eating thousands of calories a day.

Ok. So this is like the 900th time I have started back up. But the scale is cruel. And so is chocolate. I have a much easier time gaining weight than losing. Seven pounds in forty days. This is crazy. Somehow I have to find that little voice who tells me I hate all things sugar. So, let's see if I can actually use this site as it is intended. Stay focused Cindy. DANG!!!!

Yesterday sucked as far as food. I took my mom and sister to a buffet style restaurant to eat, and I ate a bunch of carbs, fat, and whatever else is bad for you. I didnt plan on eating that much, but I did. As far as exercise, I walked the mall for hours so I am counting that.
Today, I have done well with food, crappy with exercise. Im lazy today. Its raining, and Curves isnt open on Sunday. But, I will get back to the exercise tomorrow. All in all, not bad for a weekend.

Finally, I started Curves again yesterday, and although I had to talk myself into going both days, I'm so glad I did. When I have worked out, I eat much better, not wanting to ruin all my hard work. Sometimes, I swear, it's like I need hit in the head with a dumb stick. Weightloss and eating well are too easy to be so hard.
