Hello everyone. I've been coming to fatsecret for almost two weeks and have not entered my bio, so I figured I would do so now.

I am 36 years old. I have three kids. Taylor, my daughter is 15 and swears she knows everything about life, and my two sons Brandt and Carter are 11 and 8. They are my life. My boyfriend is Matthew. He is a great guy. I have a wonderful life in a small town in Ohio.

I have been overweight since I can remember. I've been 214lbs, and all the way down to 144 just recently. But I worked out 3 times a day seven days a week to get there. After about a year of that, I just couldn't keep it up anymore, and my weight started to climb again. I have lost a little weight since I started entering my food in the calendar, but haven't really committed to the exercise thing yet. I do walk some, but need to work a little more on that. I think I will definitely be back to 144 by christmas. I quit eating junk all evening, and low and behold, that works.
So, here goes, and I hope to stick with it so that I can breathe in my size 11's, and maybe, just maybe, I'll be forced to go to a size 9.

how much can i eat?????
I did not do well today with food. I have had a terrible craving for anything I can shove in my mouth. Mainly chocolate. I get so sick of hearing about things that are supposed to make you feel full. I am not hungry when I eat all this junk, I just want to eat. How the hell do you get past that????? Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I have to work all day, and that is a good thing. I eat better when I am at work and get home late. Gosh, I wish I could just stop all the impulsive eating.

Another 35 on the treadmill. I did not want to do it tonight, but am so glad I did. I hope the weigh in is good next week. I know if I have maybe a pound or two loss, it will keep me goin.

lovin the treadmill
I am so excited that I bought a treadmill. I just exercised and my kids were in bed, so no missed time with them and no guilt. I wish I would have done it about thirty pounds ago. lol. Have a good night everyone.

Good Monday Morning
Hello everyone. I hope your all getting off to a good start. Feelin good this morning, and happy to say I have finally submitted a workout. Had a lot of stress to get rid of. A huge phone bill from my 16 year old probably had something to do with that. lol. Have a good day.

Good Morning
Wow, we have finally hit 40 here in Ohio. Makes you feel good. It's been so cold, I definitely have been feeling the winter blues. But today is wonderful. After work I am going to pick up my treadmill and I am so excited. It will be nice to have it right here instead of having to go to the gym. I might stay on track with exercise, which is lacking to say the least. But I'm not giving up. This weightloss is in my head, so this is good.
