I'm a Canadian binge-a-holic...I've been known to stand in front of the fridge, and eat, anything ad everything, even the condiments...quite unhealthy! I'm not overweight, but I feel out of shape. I recently started exercising again after a 4 month break. I am not dieting, exactly, but I am paying close attention to what I put in my body. My diet consists mostly of whole natural foods, for example, lots of fruits and veggies, and nothing processed. Cutting out processed food alone makes me feel like a million bucks! But I am a serial eater-outer, too, so that's where the challenge is for me - that and lazy weekends, when I don't do any exercise!

I'm loving the journaling and food tracking, it's actually quite fun! And I've got the BB App, so I can take it anywhere. I'm looking forward to looking and feeling great in my new house (June 2011) and I'm also looking forward to my September wedding.

By the way, I absolutely love to eat! Love it! Lol...

10 Must Do's to Lose Weight (Dr. Oz)
1.Get rid of the salt. Don’t even keep it in your house and never eat anything with more than 400 mg of sodium.
2.Get rid of sugar. Again, don’t keep it in your house.
3.Never eat anything white. Whole grain is the way to go!
4.Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to your bowl of steel-cut oatmeal every morning.
5.Don’t buy anything you know isn’t healthy, so you won’t be tempted to eat it.
6.Exercise every day. Strength train 2-3 days a week and do cardio every day for a minimum of 30 minutes.
7.Drink plenty of ice water.
8.Meditate every day. Think positive and surround yourself with positive people.
9.Never skip meals or snacks. This is what keeps your metabolism going.
10.If you make a mistake, it’s OK as long as you hop back on the wagon with your next meal or snack.
