i wrk for hospice , i am a 53yr old female and need to loss 50lbs started 3 weeks ago, would like to buddy with others on Atkins for tips and support.This is a life style change for me. I am converting from Weight Watchers to this and its so different, but love the foods and richness of it flavor.Tweeking of carbs are my problem.
