Low fat diet and depression/anxiety
You have to have fats in your diet. Essential. Try a little olive oil, walnut oil in small amts everyday. Both are excellent and walnut oil fights "belly fat". Keep carbs to non starchy veggies. No bread. A few (5-6) triscuit crackers daily. Maybe 1-2 pcs. Melba toast. Water, water, unsweet tea. It will work. But you do have to have thse fats also!

Not doing well
Haven't been on in awhile. Currently not on the diet strictly. Have had a bad tooth for a week, can't chew anything. And I mean anything! No insurance, no money, can't get it fixed. Just waiting on the pain to go away, but for now it's soup, broth, anything mushy. YUCK!!

Help!!
I added my foods for the day and somehow I went and clicked on something and it Doubled each item for each meal! Can I undo it someway. Only been a member less than 2 hours. uugh!
