I want to be thin. I want to be healthy. I dont want to breathe so heavily walking up the steps. I struggle with losing and gaining. Starving and Bingeing. Im looking to find my in between this year.
5 foot 5 female. 155 pounds starting weight. And 130 pound goal weight.
I just got engaged on Christmas 2009. I want to look good in my wedding dress which I wont be wearing until 2011 but I want to start know and make a lifestyle change.
