Cant loose weight!
i'm a 31 yr old female.
i workout like 5/7 days a week, using weights mostly, and some cardio. and eat quite healthy. Im still wanting to loose a little bit more weight.
My scales say im 55kg, 20 bmi and 20 fat %. It never seems to change from that! Its like i cant ever go down lower lol. Its really annoying. It used to be 18 bmi and 17 body fat. ANd i wanted it lower then now im 20, 20?? But still the same weight. I can never tell if its muscle gain or fat gain? I thought if ur bmi and fat percentage was going up its NOT muscle gain?
So wot am i looking for on scale to loose weight exactly and to gain muscle?

why can you not enter fibre levels that are higher than carbohydrate?
So u cant ever enter a higher fibre than carbs? Coz its really annoying. I always just end up not having to put in fibre in if it says that Sad

how to add exercise dvd?

I do exercise dvd's such as Jade's Shape Challenge, and Taebo. But i dont know how much you burn during these dvd's. So i don't ever add them into my diary. As it doesnt let you, without putting the 'calories burned'. Where am i supposed to find out the calories burned?
