Hey guys n gals 🤪 never wrote on here b4 ever! And uve been using this for yrs!! Soo, i started off overweight i was about 11st then started trainin with then bf. 8 yrs later that relationship ended. So 4 yrs being single now, I thought wot am i gona do to keep this shape?? Yea i joined a gym, ended up upgrading membership to join Crossfit - totally changed my body shape from wot gym gave me. I can now eat alot more than wot I used to, lookin well better than b4 and even when training with bf - btw his trainin ended up givin me pancake boobs! Lol. Well im about 58kg now (thats abt 9st?). Oh yea and im now a qualified fitness instructor and right now trainin to b a PT! 💪
