Back to routine, this is hard to get off my routine and not drink enough water or eat out too often. I've done both the last two days. Today I hope to get back on track and weigh in the morning. Nice outside hour long walk with Chris and Mary.

Weight going in the right direction. Able to workout more today since I don't have to work 12 hr shifts until next week. time to hit the store for more healthy food also.
