Ok I'm just one of "those" that took good metabolism for granted and now that I'm officially 30 I need to DO something baout it instead of just complain about it. I haven't ever been a fan of "dieting" and only attempted a formal diet once, back when I was 22, I tried the Atkin's Diet, I weighed 115 then, so I didn't need to diet but I tried anyway, and I stuck to the protocol for about 30 days with minimal to no results, so I never dieted again. Now I'm about 35 lbs. heavier and miserable, wondering how I let myself go. So, I'm counting calories adn trying out the HCG diet I've heard so much about.

Need to find good
Where do you live? Any mass grocery chain will sell it, just kinda hard to find, it is usually in the cracker and cookie aisle, top shelf near the Rye crakcers and specialty crackers. I buy mine at Alberstons (SuperValu back east), Fred Meyer, Winco...those are all out here in the West coast.

PLEASE can everyone list there "stay on track " tips of the day?
My tips...drink lots of flavored teas/coffees.

If it doesn't help, go for a piece of sugar free hard candy that has the least amount of calories, etc per serving, don't chew it up, just let it slowly dissolve-similalry, chew s/f gum.

If those STILL don't work, I read that honeydew or cantaloupe is a good substitute, I did it one day when I was about to grab a cookie. Saved me regret and calories!!!
