Mummydee, I think what you posted actually supports blending and not juicing due to the sugar spikes, etcetera. But as you said to each is own. Everything doesn't work for everyone.

I'd recommend AGAINST buying a juicer. It takes the most nutrient rich part of the fruit and veggies off...the skin. I originally bought one and now it collects dust. If you do decide to get anything, get a high powered blender (1000 watts or greater) which could be used for other kitchen activities. I have the Ninja Professional Kitchen system and it works wonderfully. I'm currently on day 5 of a 10 day green smoothie cleanse. It really provides a lot of benefits. Research blenders before you get the juicer ☺👍 Lots of people recommend the Vitamix, but it's super expensive.😕 I hope this helps!
