Did pretty good today. I've eliminated soda for some challenges and am seeking out healthier alternatives. Once in a great while soda is not bad, but I drink far too many of them :/ I'm gonna try and hit the gym tomorrow before I head out to the studio, which is a good workout in and of itself!

Last soda for a long while. I'm going to get used to not drinking sodas before I have one again. Didn't do too bad today. I didn't eat very healthy but I also didn't eat a large amount of food.

I was bad today. Lot's of junk food :( It was a sleepy icy winter day

Didn't make it to the gym today but I did a lot of walking. I ate pretty well, minus the chocolate sauce. I feel good, kept it under 2000 :)
