I'm a college student currently studying to be a metalsmith. That means a lot of time in the studio and a lot of energy drinks and gross sugary snacks at night and high-sodium cheap college food during the day. I try to go to the gym once a day, or at least do some yoga or pilates at home when I can't get out. My one saving grace is that I walk literally everywhere. My career has a lot of high-risk health factors so I'm trying to get into a healthy mindset to protect myself early on, and also lose some weight so I can feel better and look better!
