Made it through a second day. It's odd, I found myself fantasizing about food throughout the day, but I never actually felt an urgent hunger. It wasn't obsessing about eating, more like thinking it would be nice to go to an Italian restaurant this weekend, etc. Anyway, I've got two days under my belt and see no reason why I can't keep it up.
Fatsecret keeps reminding me to weigh in, but I'm avoiding the scale as much as possible. I already know that staying on my program helps me lose weight. I also know that getting on the scale and losing less than I was hoping for (or god forbid gaining) is terribly demotivating. So, for now, at least, I'm going to ignore those reminders.

I guess the good thing about having the stomach flu for a week is that it really helps you lose weight. I haven't had any interest in eating anything since Tuesday. I feel better today, and I really hope I've got this bug beat.

It was a struggle today, but in the end I think I did pretty well. Did feel hungry almost all day though. I really do not enjoy the first few days of adjusting to limited calories.
