Hiya, I a mother of two little boys (4 and 20 months). I live in London with my husband, kids and two dogs. I work part time as a personal trainer. I barely eat during the day, but make up for it at night. I like to run and then overcompensate afterwords with sweet things, anything with frosting, really. When the kids are finally asleep...that's my tough time.
